Shipping policy
We aim to ship products within a couple of days, 3-5 days being our longest shipping time. Shipping depends on the product as we have a range of processes for creating our items! Some of our physical products are lovingly handmade and therefore we may need some flexibility due to the nature of the production process. Some of our products are printed for us, and are usually shipped in 2-5 days. We ship via Royal Mail 1st Class. Because we want them to arrive in the same condition we sent them, we package them accordingly. For some items that may mean they cannot be posted through the letter box, due to packaging box size. See individual listings for further details.

Physical Products Refund Policy
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that and here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of damaged goods. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Our digital goods are delivered via Internet download and due to their downloadable nature, we offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
