This notebook encourages your child to write and doodle to relax, be mindful and the process thoughts and feelings. Research shows that writing and doodling can promote emotional health by facilitating the brain’s ability to process them and make more sense of them, supporting emotional awareness. The aim of this notebook is to guide children or teenagers back to these forms of expression for their wellbeing.
HOW DOES THIS NOTEBOOK SUPPORT EMOTIONAL WELLBEING?
Inside the child friendly front page, there is space for your child to write their name, allowing them to take ownership of their notebook so it becomes their safe space to explore their thoughts.
There is double page explanation on how writing and doodling can support their emotional health and reassure them that sometimes thoughts are brilliant, for example in their creativity, but sometimes unhelpful in the form of anxiety etc. This introduction page encourages them to use their notebook to doodle or create as a form of mindfulness, and/or write to explore thoughts and feelings to make sense of them.
The internal pages of the book are set up as a double page spread with a page for thoughts and a page for doodling and drawing. This is clearly guided through the graphics in the book. Thorough out the book, after 7 pages of free space, is a structured space that encourages your child to check in with their emotions and guides their doodling towards something positive from their week. The notebook is otherwise for your child to write and doodle freely.

Shipping policy
We aim to ship products within a couple of days, 3-5 days being our longest shipping time. Shipping depends on the product as we have a range of processes for creating our items! Some of our physical products are lovingly handmade and therefore we may need some flexibility due to the nature of the production process. Some of our products are printed for us, and are usually shipped in 2-5 days. We ship via Royal Mail 1st Class. Because we want them to arrive in the same condition we sent them, we package them accordingly. For some items that may mean they cannot be posted through the letter box, due to packaging box size. We hope you will be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that and here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of damaged goods. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Digital Product Refund Policy
Our digital goods are delivered via Internet download and due to their downloadable nature, we offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not downloaded our product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
