Standard Delivery Orders placed before 1pm are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are processed the next working day. Our Adventure Kit items are either bagged up in a courier bag or boxed, dependent on size and weight.
Refund policy
Returns Policy – If you need to return your purchase for any reason we offer a NO-FUSS returns policy. We obviously hope that you and your Adventurer will be delighted with your latest purchase. We also understand that sometimes items are not as you expect or your child has received the item as a gift which he or she already has. We aim to please all our customers and offer you a service that has a high level of satisfaction. Simply return your order to us within 14 days, unused and in its original condition with all original packaging intact. When we receive it back we will then arrange either an exchange or refund (please note that we are unable to refund the post and packaging charge). It’s as easy as that!
