Rue is an Australian trained and qualified Naturopath (Nutritionist & Herbalist) who specialises in women’s and children’s health and wellbeing. She is passionate about every person obtaining their best health and living their life to the fullest.
For the last 15 years, she has been working with clients in the UK, Australia and the USA to change their health for the better often using simple techniques and easy lifestyle hacks to obtain optimal health.
Since a young age she has always believed that working with the natural biochemistry of the body, not against it, reaps gigantic rewards. Often our bodies have the innate knowledge of what they need to heal themselves, we just need to give them the right tools to do the job! Her highest aim as a practitioner is to keep therapeutic advice simple and easy to follow whilst tailoring it towards you and your needs.
She has lectured at the College Of Naturopathic Medicine in London and is currently a member of the Association of Master Herbalists & the General Naturopathic Council.

Her work at the Happy Human Project incorporates relaxation, mindfulness and laughter yoga to give people the tools and strategies to cope in an increasingly stressful world. Happiness is a skill that can be cultivated and her workshops and classes combine scientifically-proven methods for boosting your mental health, managing and coping with stress and enabling you to feel happy, calm and confident.
Charlotte is on a mission to create a kinder and happier world by providing people with the knowledge and techniques to feel good, boost their confidence and take care of their mental health.
